| James Aylett Sunrise | Long Slow Comfortable James Lark Against A Wall | Ali Glennon Martini | Old-Fashioned Andrew Ormerod | Andrew Pontzen Margarita | Philip Stott Royale |
Ingredients: Champagne, Crème de Cassis, Luck.
An international favourite that has been enjoyed in America and Europe in tours of Hamlet, A Tale of Two Cities and The Winter's Tale. This drink balances theatrical work in Richard III, Glengarry Glen Ross, Cymbeline and Language Roulette with comedy performances and writing including Cambridge University Radio, Harry Hill's TV Burp and the Cambridge Footlights. Edinburgh offerings include Romeo & Juliet and Smorgasbord. Recently served as a co-host of London's Mystery Club, this drink comes with a garnish of an abortive run on BBC2's University Challenge.
We also have a constantly-changing range of guest cocktails, featuring some of the best ingredients from around the Fringe to round out our collection of house favourites.
You can pop in for a range of drinks from the menu at C cabaret bar, evenings at 7.25pm throughout the 2004 Edinburgh Festival Fringe. You should allow 50 minutes to savour your drink. Best enjoyed with ice.
