Tory leader Micheal Howard takes one last opportunity to say something facile about Blair's leadership.

The poor silly man has been saying that Blair's power is waning ever since he became Tory leader. Hasn't he managed to develop even the tiniest sense of irony?

I also like the bit at the side that says "How damaged is Blair?" Do they mean psychologically? Shouldn't we have learned about this before he became Prime Minister?
