Things I have seen

This notice is on all underground trains:

But how do they expect people to phone the transport police when there is no reception on the underground? And even if you could get through to them, how would they fit a helicopter down there?

Is there really a problem with people smoking in open manholes?

1. There are phones on the underground platforms for calling the Transport Police;
2. It's so you don't get blown up from the gas leak;
3. Skinny and pink? Stand away from the mirror, my dear!

But how WOULD they get the helicopter down there, clever clogs?

The device to the right of the helicopter on the notice is a shrinking machine.
